JSP, the market leader in the EPP sector with brand name ARPRO, serves a wide variety of industries including automotive, HVAC, construction, civil engineering and packaging and Bossard Germany provides the MM-Welding® technology for fast and strong fixation of EPP foam with the help of ultrasonic vibrations.

Two companies with a focus on "Business Development": The latest milestone in their collaboration can be found in the JSP Innovation Centre in Düsseldorf. There, a special “ultrasonic” system will demonstrate the advantages ARPRO offers by combining MM-Welding® technology with the standard solution LiteWWeight® zEPP.

MultiMaterial-Welding® is a fastening technology platform that uses ultrasonic technology to partially liquefy thermoplastic materials to create a precise, secure, and strong bond within EPP applications, in this case ARPRO, in a split second—permanently and resiliently. This is ensured by IoT solutions available in the Innovation Centre, Big Data, artificial intelligence, "SmartSolutions" and “Dynamic Data Exchange” software, which guarantees seamless process monitoring.

Manufactured by JSP, the 100% recyclable ARPRO is an impact energy management material that offers a unique combination of material properties: energy absorption with structural strength at very low weight, chemical resistance, thermal and acoustical insulation and sound insulation.
